the search for a junior Investment Analyst. QTI Professional
Staffing is a specialized recruiting division of The QTI Group, a
diversified human resources consulting and services firm founded in
1957. QTI is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin and has ten branch
offices.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The organization is seeking an Investment Analyst to assist
the Director and Associate Director of Investments in the management
of its investment assets, including: domestic and international
equities, fixed income securities, alternative asset class
exposures, hedge funds and private equity investments. The Analyst
is primarily responsible for reporting and monitoring of portfolio
exposures, performance, risk evaluation and derivatives positions.

The position is based in Madison, Wisconsin. The organization is

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates will have a business degree, preferably with an
investment or financial focus and progress toward Chartered
Financial Analyst designation. Prior experience with quantitative
investment tools required; prior experience in an institutional
investment environment preferred. Strong candidates will demonstrate
experience with spreadsheet and database software, fundamental
concepts of investment processes, and quantitative focus. Ability to
effectively communicate, work independently and maintain
confidentiality is essential.
Local
residency in - or willingness to relocate to - the Madison,
Wisconsin area is required.
